By creating an account or submitting an application through the Nairobi Women’s Hospital College application platform, you agree to the following:

You confirm that all information and documents submitted are true, accurate, and complete. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification or withdrawal of admission.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

4. Application & Payments

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. Where applicable, application fees are non-refundable. Payment must follow official instructions provided on the platform.

5. Data Protection

Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya) and the College’s Privacy Policy. Data will be used for application processing, academic administration, and regulatory compliance.

6. Marketing & Communication Consent

You consent to receiving admission updates, programme information, and institutional communications. Upon enrollment, the College may use your name, academic achievements, and images from official activities for lawful marketing and promotional purposes. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

7. Platform Changes

The College reserves the right to update these terms or modify the platform without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
